QS / SQS (tender/procurement/project)

Job Responsibilities:

- Subcontractor and supplier sourcing

- Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Order (V.O.) and final account

- Develop proposal documents in response to Request For Proposal (PFP), Request For Quote (RFQ) and tenders

- Prepare costing and budget for tenders

- Source for projects on relevant tender platforms

- Produce quantity measurements within targeted timeline

Job Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction

- Good interpersonal skills
