Our Company, in the Manufacturing Industry located in the East of Singapore has openings for QC Technician.

Job Description:

• Prepare first article submission

• Generate packaging specification

• Develop inspection plan

• Support the In-process/Incoming/Outgoing inspection of parts

• Educate inspectors/operators on QC check points and measuring methods for parts

• Check and liaise with Production/Toolroom/Suppliers on quality defect products

• Ensure document records are maintained according to ISO quality system

• Assist Engineer

• Control all measuring/testing equipment used in the company

• Support Engineer in updating the monthly QC reports (E.g. Suppliers performance)

• Assist Engineer/HOD to collect and retrieve data from various sources and compile into reports

• Assist with any other ad-hoc quality matters when required

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

• Able to read engineering drawings

• Good reporting and administrative skills

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Hands-on experience with OGP Smartscope/CMM/Measuring Tools
