QC Inspectors

Jobs Responsibilities:

1. Perform Inspections and Tests: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards. Use various measurement tools and equipment to assess product conformity.

2. Document and Report Findings: Accurately record inspection results, including any defects or deviations from quality standards. Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to the Quality Control Manager and relevant production teams for further action.

3. Support Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify recurring quality issues and collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes. Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Jobs Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Diploma/ITE or equivalent in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in quality inspection or standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) are advantageous.

2. Experience in Quality Inspection: Previous experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with inspection techniques, quality control tools, and industry standards is essential.

3. Attention to Detail and Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and precision in performing inspections and tests. Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment, and the ability to accurately document and analyse inspection results.
