5 days work week
Location: Tuas
Overtime pay: 1.5 times and 2 times
Gross salary can be up to $3500

Job Scopes:
Incoming Material Inspections:
Follow appropriate Work Instructions (WI).
Ensure material/component traceability (router sheet).
Use only calibrated and validated equipment/measuring devices.
Daily In-process and Final Inspections:
Perform inspections as per Quality Procedure (QP) and WI.
Maintain material/component traceability.
Clock in/out (VM) and update router sheet.
Report non-conformance(s) to Supervisor/Lead.
Reworked Item Inspections:
Re-inspect repaired/reworked items before further processing/delivery.
Inspection Records:
Prepare and complete inspection records before shipment.
General:
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of QC working experience in a Manufacturing environment (preferably Oil and Gas/ Precision Engineering).
Desirable to have expertise in LDP (Liquid Dye Penetrant) or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).
Able to work rotating shifts and overtime on weekdays, weekends, and sometimes public holidays.
