QC Inspector (IMMEDIATE, 2 Vacancies Available)

General Description:

Perform inspections, checks, test and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in manufacturing. Perform data input, produce report, update and filling QC record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection in accordance to work instructions trained to them.
• Complete all necessary records by them after each completion of their production work.
• Maintain work environment during and after performing their work.
• Report all problems & non-conformance encountered to their superiors for investigation & corrective action.
• Any ad-hock job as assign by Manager.
• Involve in new project activities such as but not limited to lay out inspection, checking of PPAP samples, MSA activity, preparation of master/limit samples and Cpk evaluation.
• Participate in 5S activities.

Requirement/Skills:

• Experience with measurement machines (CMM, Smart Scope etc.)
• Experience working as QC inspector.
• Can interpret drawing/GD&T.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF.
• Willing to work in rotating shift schedule.
• Can speak English.
• Familiarity with quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Proficiency in using QC software (SAP, ERP, or other inspection tools)

Education/Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
