QC INSPECTOR

Job Description:

1. Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test
2. Able to be responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control
3. Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness
4. Able to maintain and operate DI water system
5. Pre-weight process monitoring and checking
6. Able to be responsible for in charge of retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification
7. Able to handle any customer complaint regarding the product, QC will need to assist on troubleshooting or testing for product improvement
8. You have to support internal audit and external audit for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001
9. GMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
10. Able to create, update and maintain SAP system
11. You have to update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, environmental practice guidelines, quality manual, health and safety policy
12. Able to follow up and manage new records of products permits and licenses through HSA
13. Highlight, feedback, suggest during and/or after monthly staff meeting
14. You have to monitor and manage pest control contract and location of baits, ensure monthly inspections are done
15. Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director

Job Requirements:

1. You must have a minimum Diploma certificate with Chemistry background will be an advantage
2. You must have at least 2-3 years' experience in QC
3. You must have preferably knowledge on GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
4. Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
5. You must be willing to learn new things and hands on
6. Computer literate
7. External and internal training will be provided
