QC INSPECTOR

Join the quality control team at ACE (S) MANUFACTURING PTE LTD as a full-time QC Inspector.

Based in Ubi Techpark, this role is crucial in ensuring the company's manufacturing processes and end products meet the highest quality standards. As a QC Inspector, you will play a key part in the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify any non-conformities or defects
• Document and report inspection findings, maintain detailed quality records, and provide regular updates to the quality assurance team
• Collaborate with production staff to investigate the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or a similar quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, such as measuring instruments and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements in the industry
