QC Document Controller

Job Scope:

• Assist the facility in achieving quality goals
• Expedite and track status of all documents and orders
• Proactively maintain housekeeping and promote a culture of proactive safety
• Ensure active upkeep of documented procedures, JWIs, forms, and records to meet the requirements of the provision of products to customers.
• Carry out inspection or testing (where applicable) and record during in-process and/or final inspection stages to ensure that product requirements have been met
• Assist to ensure that testing, measurement, and monitoring equipment is calibrated on time and maintained in a manner that is consistent with company monitoring and measurement requirements.
• Assist to ensure timely action is taken to identify, contain, correct, and dispose of any nonconforming occurrences.
• Participate in or conduct internal audits where necessary to verify that the quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained

Requirement:

• GCE O Level / Diploma is a plus
• Preferable working experience in a Quality Control Environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, written & telephone)
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced office environment
• Knowledge of International Standards (ASTM, API, NACE) is a plus
