Our client is seeking a QAQC Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems for pipeline projects, ensuring all stakeholders understand and adhere to quality requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all project aspects comply with international codes, standards, and local regulations, maintaining meticulous documentation.
• Design and Engineering Review: Collaborate with design teams to ensure adherence to applicable standards, participating in reviews and sign-offs.
• Procurement Oversight: Evaluate vendors and suppliers, conduct quality audits, and review material submittals to meet project specifications.
• Manufacturing Quality Control: Oversee quality control procedures for equipment manufacturing, including welding processes and non-destructive testing.
• Construction Phase Management: Supervise construction activities, coordinate inspections, and oversee testing to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track quality performance indicators, conducting regular audits and providing reports to stakeholders.
• Team Development: Provide quality training to project personnel and promote a culture of quality excellence within the team.
• Issue Resolution: Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and maintain a robust Non-Conformance Report system.
• Project Completion: Oversee commissioning and handover phases, ensuring all quality documentation is complete and meets client requirements.

Who are they looking for?

• Certified Professional: Hold CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification, demonstrating your expertise in welding inspection.
• NDT Expertise: Possess ASNT Level 2 certification for RT, UT, MT, and PT, showcasing your non-destructive testing skills.
• Educational Background: Have an Engineering degree from a recognized university, providing a strong foundation in technical knowledge.
• Extensive Experience: Bring at least 10 years of experience in a QAQC managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
• Standards Knowledge: Demonstrate strong familiarity with ISO standards and project quality plans, including the ability to prepare quality control plans.
• Audit Experience: Show proficiency in conducting quality assurance audits for both projects and organizations.
