To oversee activities based in Singapore for subsea wellhead rental tools (inspection, assembly, and testing).
Witnessing of inspection, assembly, and testing of drilling and completion equipment and ensuring compliance to industry standards including but not limited to:
Drill String Inspection requirements
OCTG threading and make-up
Contractors in-house procedures
Industry standards
COMPANY GROUP Specific work instructions/standards
Witnessing of equipment inspection, servicing, assembly, testing, and functional checks on:
Specialty rental tools such as downhole motors, MWD/LWD equipment, jars, reamers, circulating sub, cementing downhole tools, retrievable bridge plugs, storm valve, etc.
Liner hanger, tie back, and running tools
Tress, Wellhead, casing hanger, tubing hanger equipment, and running tools
Casing while drilling equipment and tools
Casing and tubing running and handling equipment - tongs, slips, elevators, etc.
Conductor driving equipment
Wireline surface equipment and downhole tools
Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD), and Downhole Deployment Valve (DDV) equipment
Surface and Subsea Well testing equipment and tools
Slickline surface equipment and downhole tools
Coiled tubing surface equipment and downhole tools
Stimulation and pumping equipment
Fishing and milling tools
Carry out surveillance inspection of critical manufacturing processes and product qualification and ensuring compliance to quality PSL and approved COMPANY/Vendor Quality Control Plan / Inspection Testing Plan e.g. welding, cladding, PWHT, NDE, threading, coating, sub/final assembly, functional checks/testing for the following equipment but not limited to:
Surface/subsea tree wellhead system and equipment
OCTG and threading
Upper and lower completion equipment, sand control/sand face completion equipment
Liner hanger, tie-back, and PBR equipment
Documenting and photographing any issues and non-conformities identified during the above processes.
Provide coordination for inspection driven by COMPANY contract management over inspected suppliers/auditee.
CONTRACTOR/TPI will recommend to COMPANY the minimum inspection criteria for the above equipment upon receiving COMPANY audit outcome/findings.
Coach and carry out audit on the major Oil and Gas standards (e.g. priority on API Q1, API Q2 and other international standards listed in Appendix I).
Service excludes by default investigations solely owned by the supplier for all the design, manufacturing, and lifecycle of material, equipment, and services procured to the Company.
Report to the COMPANY and its supplier observations identified as quality cycle waste observed in the design, manufacturing, and lifecycle of material, equipment, and services procured to the COMPANY. Cycle waste includes rework and non-managed changes within 48hr notice which causes delays of more than 30mins waste of Third-Party Inspector(s) time on site.
Provide daily reporting:
Surveillance inspection report of the day as per COMPANY required report template.
Discussing occasional non-conformities identified with host auditee/supplier.
Report any major concerns and non-conformity activities observed during the inspection or audit directly to COMPANY's quality management engineer before proceeding with the critical workshop activity as per agreed control point.
Qualification/Skills
Inspector(s) shall be certified with valid DS-1 Vol 3&4 standards and ASNT level 2 certifications.
Inspector(s) shall have a minimum of five (5) surveillance inspections performed based on DS-1 Vol 3/4 standards on Drillstring, OCTG, and/or well construction equipment.
