Job Description - Quality Assurance

1. Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan (PQP), method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.
2. Develop inspection and test plan (ITPs) and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.
3. Assist in projects’ internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.
4. Data collection and documentation for defects monitoring and trend analysis in measuring project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.
5. Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and to improve work productivity.

Job Description - Quality Control

1. Conduct onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections.
2. Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being followed accordingly.
3. Identify, record and highlight to Project Manager any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.
4. Issue and monitor closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs).
5. Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.
6. Conduct internal inspection of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection.
7. Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentation at project sites.
