QA Tester

Our client, one of the world’s largest financial services institutions, is looking for:

QA Tester

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Owner to lead the Agile team and deliver the product roadmap required to support business growth.
• Work in an agile framework and be accountable for the delivery of the product build roadmap by ensuring that platform roadmaps prioritised against business are published regularly.
• Engage key stakeholders periodically to refine business requirements and work towards maximising the product value based on feedback.
• Collaborate with squad members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, product backlog, and other artefacts as needed to support technical design and development.
• Be responsible for modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business/market, user, or regulatory needs.
• Conduct market research on assigned industries/sectors and identify key players in the sectors.
• Perform other project administrative tasks such as handling presentation decks for senior management, assisting in organising inception workshops, and regional stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with various key stakeholders to prepare UAT Test cases and review test results based on targeted deliverables. Liaise with vendors or other departments to ensure testing is complete and results are documented and filed.
• Develop test scenarios and perform system testing based on test plans.
• UAT support and coordination: Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end users and gathering feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Digital Innovation.
• Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in using JIRA and Confluence, SQL. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies will be considered favourably.
• Pro-active and independent with a team player mentality.
• Eager to take on challenges, driven, and motivated to grow.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.
