QA Technician | Pail/SMD and Large Steel Drum | Packing Company | Pioneer

Basic Salary - $1400 - $2000
Working hours – Mon to Thu 7.30am-5pm, Fri 7.30am-4pm (5 days)
Working location - Pioneer

Job Scopes:
They are a packaging company.

Summary: To help the process flow be more effective and to ensure that only good quality products are delivered to customers and meet customer requirements. (Report to QC manager).

• Perform Final Inspection
• Testing on incoming goods, e.g., Paint/Lacquer/Steel (Every batch)
• In-Process quality verification (Min Twice a day)
• In-house Measuring Equipment calibration (Twice yearly)
• Documentation – Process records / Test report
• Raise Non-Conformity Report (Daily)
• Drums performance testing (UN test)
• Others – Ad-hoc basis (e.g., First Article Inspection, Customer complaint investigation, Product Packaging Test)
• Liaising with production, Logistics, Supply Chain/Store, Sales & Marketing departments.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years working experience in a manufacturing site preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge in ISO procedure & statistical analysis (advantage)
