QA Specialist (IATF 16949)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Support Assistant / QA Manager in managing AKSS QMS improvement initiative across all departments and functions to ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
2. Conduct specification review, CSR and gap analysis.
3. Review daily production batches release activities. Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.
4. Drive Cpk improvement, conduct monthly review of MRB and freeze inventory.
5. Manage IATF Core Tools (PPAP, APQP) documentation and reports.
6. Issue, review and verify CAPA for external and internal quality related issues (Raw Material, Finished Product, Shipment & Logistics issues).
7. Generate, review and update quality related Procedures / Instructions.
8. Participate in Management Review and report in monthly quality meetings.
9. Participate in FMEA and Control Plan revision.
10. Support Assistant / QA Manager in handling customer complaint & investigation.
11. Support Assistant / QA Manager during plant audits (external audit, internal audit, customer audit and supplier audit).
12. Perform any other delegated work assigned by Assistant / QA Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Engineering / Chemistry / Science) or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years working experience in Quality Assurance department.
3. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality systems and experience in facing audits.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills, including good communication, sincerity, team spirit and willingness to take up challenge.
