What you will do:
The QAQC Engineer ensures that all products, materials, and work processes comply with quality standards and client specifications. They conduct inspections, prepare reports, and collaborate with teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
How you will do it:
Implement quality control procedures as per company and industry standards.
Conduct inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality checklists.
Support the QAQC Manager in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
Monitor construction or manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for quality control matters.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Participate in quality training programs and provide guidance to team members.
Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation for management review.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
3+ years of experience in QAQC in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, etc.).
Experience with inspection and testing procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Certification in quality management or Six Sigma is an advantage.
