QA/QC Engineer

QA/QC ENGINEER:

As a QA/QC Engineer do you like to act as a key player on major projects, and actually make a difference?

Our client is one of the leading Building & Civil contractors not just in Singapore but in Asia too. They have a number of current large scale groundbreaking projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the proper implementation of the programmes for internal audits.
2. Write Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), understand, and be well versed with them.
3. Prepare QA/QC plans; formulate QC checklists, inspection reports and procedures.
4. Build a good rapport between the subcontractors and project teams.
5. Submit monthly inspection reports and ISO Documentation.
6. Monitor and schedule the Quality Control Activities.
7. Support the project activities within the construction site.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualification.
• Knowledgeable in BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment scheme in Building Construction.
• MUST be able to write Inspection & Test Plans, have good skills, and be well versed on this crucial element of the role.
• MUST have experience within Singapore LTA/MRT projects.
• Must be familiar with the safety procedures within the site.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project skills.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
