QA & Licensing Assistant (Internship)

• Assisting in maintaining & updating the list of ingredients/products for Halal Certification
• Assisting in updating Muslim Representative records for stores
• Assisting in the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Filing preparation of HACCP, HALAL & SFA Inspection/audit documentation and administrative records for HACCP, Halal & food safety related matters
• Contributing to various stages of food manufacturing & licensing.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

• Able to commit to a 6 months - 1 year internship program
• Background in food & beverage will be an advantage.
• Applicant should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Currently pursuing a diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills & service inclined
• Passion for food science and its production
