Job Responsibilities:

Assembly Operator:

• Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production processes.

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to detect defects.

• Assemble, pack, and label finished products while ensuring compliance with company standards.

QA Technician:

• Perform incoming inspections and first article inspections on raw materials and components based on written procedures and drawings.

• Maintain the calibration system for instruments, including documentation and procedures.

• Use quality tools like Six Sigma, ANOVA, Taguchi methods, SPC, and Gauge R&R to build strong, reliable quality systems for production.

• Use basic hand tools and machines such as screwdrivers, rulers, soldering irons, crimpers, and more for inspection tasks.

• Manage and keep the QA lab organized and functional.

• Support internal and supplier audits based on ISO quality standards.

• Review and approve finished products and related documentation before adding them to inventory.
