QA Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and AS9100 management systems.
2. Take care of the document control system.
3. Establish QEHS work instructions and provide guidance to operators and inspectors.
4. Oversee day-to-day quality control operations, prepare, review, and file IQC, IPQC, OQC inspection reports.
5. Responsible for the final disposition of non-conforming goods and issuance/retrieval of on-hold labels.
6. Maintain monitoring and measuring equipment, including calibration, correlation, and traceability.
7. Conduct routine inspections based on QEHS requirements.
8. Assist in customer complaints investigation.
9. Work with cross-functional teams for non-conformance investigation and corrective action.
10. Support internal and external audits and ensure proper CAR closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering.
2. Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and AS9100 management systems and internal audits is an advantage.
3. Proactive, self-driven, meticulous, organized, with attention to detail, consistent and strong quality mindset.
4. Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
5. Able to communicate and write in English and Chinese.
