Job Description

• Plan, organise and execute the quality assurance activities at in-process and final QA process stages.
• Prepare acceptance test plans and work instructions for the inspection and test of the first article and series MRO units.
• Plan and execute acceptance tests for first article and series production units.
• Identify special skills and special test equipment that are to be made available or acquired for acceptance of the products.
• Identify and evaluate quality problems, relating to the product, process and quality system, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions.
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system.
• Conduct failure investigation, monitor and ensure closure of corrective/preventive action.
• Perform inspection of MRO units.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years industrial experience in quality assurance field.
• Knowledge of military vehicles or armament will be an advantage.
