QA engineer

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision.
2. FA Inspection
3. First piece set up inspection
4. Routine inspection (in-coming, in-process, out-going)
5. Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage.
6. Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issues.
7. Generate internal and supplier quality performance report.
8. Lead MRB review and disposition.
9. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.
10. Support in audit (internal and supplier).
11. Lead in internal calibration management.
12. Support on Documentation Control.
13. Oversee quality activities and action plan.
14. Support QM to lead the Quality Department.

Requirements:

1. AS9100, ISO14001 capability.
2. Able to be outstation in Southeast Asia if required.
