QA Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Supervise & Lead QA/QC day to day activities including installation and coordination with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
2. Prepare the ITP by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
3. Control and implement Quality plan by reviewing material and test specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
4. Check and confirm all Quality documents and specifications are complied with ALL SG standards.
5. Attend the weekly and monthly project meetings to update the status and activity of the project.
6. Prepare weekly or monthly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
7. Manage quality control of all construction and testing of the installed facilities, equipment, and systems.
8. Maintain site Quality Standards by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations.
9. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with state and company policy and regulations.
10. Contribute to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Assist Project Manager in the preparation of project Capex, budget estimation, and cost allocation.
12. Attend Toolbox meetings with project team onsite.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in related field.
2. Able to work independently with less supervision required.
3. Sound knowledge of process piping installation and equipment installation.
