QA Auditor /Inspector - Singaporean/PR ONLY

This role is a member of the Shift Team reporting to the Quality Technical Specialist and supports Quality function activities, including performance of visual inspection, dimensional inspection and functional testing to ensure product meets the product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection and functional testing for finished product audit.
• Feedback incoming materials / product discrepancy to vendor/ upstream process / manufacturing and liaise with product release.
• Handle the non-conforming product per non-conformance product handling procedure.
• Raise Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance, block affected parts and release incoming materials / components / Finished Goods.
• Ensure proper maintenance and retention of inspection quality records and support for retrieval.
• Prepare finished product Certificate of Compliance (COC).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / "O" Level / NITEC in any field.
• Able to work in manufacturing.
• Required to perform visual inspection using scope.
• Able to use a computer to update data as we are moving to digitalization for data record.
