QA Assistant Manager / Manager (F&B)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Assistant Manager / Manager to oversee and maintain quality assurance, food safety, and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. HACCP & BizSafe Renewal – Manage annual HACCP and BizSafe certifications.
2. Hygiene & Quality Checks – Conduct regular hygiene and quality inspections to ensure compliance.
3. Regulatory Compliance – Act as the main POC for SFA (Singapore Food Agency) and handle all regulatory matters.
4. Pest Control Management – Oversee pest control measures and liaise with vendors.
5. Complaint Investigation – Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and safety.
6. Workplace Safety – Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
7. Supplier Audits – Conduct internal and external supplier audits to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, food safety, or regulatory compliance.
3. Strong knowledge of HACCP, SFA regulations, and workplace safety standards.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
