Job description

What do we expect from you?

Under the guidance of the Director of Purchasing or any other authorized personnel, ensure a coordinated approach in all aspects of procurement to achieve value for money in a cost-effective and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

How your day looks like?

  • Assist in the introduction of new systems and techniques to generate efficiencies and improved ways of working.
  • Cooperate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the procurement strategy to ensure efficiency, cost control, and transparency.
  • Develop and implement Procurement policies and processes to support operational and financial requirements.
  • Manage, administer, and coordinate procurement to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Take an active role in planning and assisting in the delivery of the efficiency targets required for the Hotel.
  • Develop a robust register of contracts to maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods of procurement to continually improve business processes.
  • Assist the Director of Purchasing in providing management information and performance measurement to track costs and results.
  • Control process of receiving and store management.
  • Perform other duties that management may reasonably require.
