Job Responsibilities

1. In charge of end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, international transportation, local transportation, and installation.
2. Procure products from different vendors according to the order.
3. Gather order shipping information and transfer to sea-freight waybill.
4. Manage order shipment.
5. Coordinate site delivery with the client's project team and the company's delivery team.
6. Provide aftersale care, troubleshoot defects, and offer solutions.
7. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transportation partners, and clients.
9. Streamline warehouse processes to improve order fulfillment efficiency.
