Responsible for raising/typing purchase requisition and purchase order.
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase Construction Materials, Machineries & Equipments from both local and overseas vendors.
Liaise and follow up with suppliers/vendors.
Make sure correct items quoted & match with site requirement.
Prepare relevant reports for purchasing.
Raising invoice/debit note where applicable.
Maintain up to date prices from suppliers.
Assist in ISO audit documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from Department Head.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
At least 2 years' relevant working experience.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
Preferably with experience and knowledge in order processing for spare parts.
Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
