Job Responsibilities

1. Manage purchases and delivery of materials meeting the MRP for smooth supplies to Operations.
2. Monitor and expedite deliveries to avoid delinquency and shortage of materials.
3. Process Purchase Requests and issue Purchase Orders timely and negotiate shorter lead times & lower prices.
4. Analyze the stock inventory and plan for replenishment or push out of orders.
5. Manage and track supplier OTD with timely report and assessment (weekly & monthly report).
6. Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
7. Sourcing of parts, materials, consumables, and equipment when required to meet specifications, price, and delivery timelines.
8. Ensure all purchase data and receipts are reconciled with timely updates for payment.
9. Source & manage approved vendors, maintain and update the list with suppliers' selection approval and their performance.
10. Solve and manage all purchasing-related problems and escalate timely to avoid stoppage of supplies and cost avoidance.
11. Formulate, review, and update SOP to continuously improve the supply chain workflow and meet any ISO requirements.
12. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Department Manager from time to time.
