As a Purchase Executive (ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure seamless procurement.
• Prepare purchase orders to secure cost-effective terms and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure purchasing documents are authorized in compliance with the approval matrix.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve pricing, product quality, and delivery schedules.
• Verify supplier invoices against supporting documents, including PRMs, Purchase Orders (P/O), and Delivery Orders (D/O).
• Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify that quoted items meet specified requirements and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing and supplier information.
• Address technical issues, including scheduling technicians for repairs and managing equipment calibration.
• Provide delivery arrangement updates to the project team as needed.
• Handle and resolve issues related to non-conforming supplies.
• Oversee store department activities, including periodic stock checks and inventory monitoring.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management will be preferred
