Job description

Be part of an exciting new chapter as we open our first café in Singapore! We are looking for a Purchase & Admin Specialist who will report to the Cafe Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all approved purchase requisitions promptly.
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) for food and non-food items in the System and upload them in accordance with the Purchasing SOP.
  • Review and verify purchase requisitions to ensure accurate account coding.
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Update and maintain the Vendor list file.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and liaise with requestors/users/HOD for compliance.
  • Send monthly reports to the departments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience from hotels or F&B
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills & good negotiation skills
  • Good administrative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
