The Public Relation Manager will be responsible for running operations and executing public relations strategies to promote the brand, build customer loyalty, and enhance the brand's reputation.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
Familiar with the whole floor operation. Able to carry out the role of every floor position (Host, server, cashier, and others).
Engage with customers in-store and on digital platforms to gather feedback and enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs including overall cost, i.e., food cost and labor cost.
Enhance the leadership and performance excellence of the team members by training, motivating, assessing; and being a role model for all team members to provide customers with high-quality service.
Respond to customer or team member comments and feedback professionally.
Responsible for ensuring outlet safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are kept to high standards.
Ensure respective section in outlet follows SOP manual and executes accordingly.
Responsible for outlet workforce arrangement, manage outlet recruitment and training; scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of the workforce to Area Manager regularly.
Good knowledge about all menu items, able to explain clearly to team members during training.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) and English.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Public Relations, or a related field, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the cultural significance of Bak Kut Teh and its appeal to diverse customer groups.
