About Us

Kronberg Advisors Pte. Ltd. is an advisor to Kronberg Capital, a Singapore-based public equity fund incorporated in 2025. Kronberg Capital was founded by Max Kronberg, a former entrepreneur who turned his passion for investing into running his own fund. The current team consists of Max plus one full-time analyst, and we are expanding the team.

We are region- and industry-agnostic and invest with a concentrated, bottom-up, fundamental, long-only approach. We look for great companies that are neglected by the investment world, run by competent management, and which we can buy with a significant margin of safety.

Job Description

The primary focus of the job lies in equity research, analysis, and monitoring. Furthermore, small administrative tasks are also part of the job but are minor and won’t take up much time.

1. Find suitable companies to invest in and help build up our investment universe.
2. Conduct deep equity research. You should be comfortable researching one company and its industry for several weeks to months, using an investigative and creative research approach.
3. Company monitoring.

Job Requirements

We are a small team and are looking for someone who is as passionate about investing as we are. Requirements are:

1. At least 3 years of professional experience in equity research in a public equity fund or family office. Experience managing personal assets is highly regarded.
2. CFA charter holder is not a must, but a big plus.
3. Similar investment philosophy and mindset as Kronberg Capital.
4. You are an independent second-level thinker and have proficiency in expressing investment theses clearly and concisely.
5. Bachelor’s or master’s in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent from a reputable university.
6. You are hands-on and have a pragmatic approach.
7. Highly motivated with an international mindset and willingness to grow and learn.
