The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of P&R and assist in areas including Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and more. On this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the General Insurance Industry. Interns who can commit for 4 months and more will be considered.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Provide support in embedding and maintenance of BCM and emergency planning processes in line with MAS's and Group's BCM Guidelines
  • Work closely with business to identify critical services, ensuring that the critical services, associated mapping, and processes remain current and impact tolerances and recovery plan are regularly reviewed
  • Assist with developing training materials and conducting them

Crisis Management

  • Support keeping the crisis management plans current and relevant.
  • Prepare appropriate Crisis Management training activities.

Outsourcing

  • Perform and coordinate outsourcing activities to ensure that responsibilities are duly carried out
  • Ensure that the business can continue to perform critical functions in all events
  • Track and report to management on the performance of outsourcing engagements

Protective Security Management

  • Support managing the risks and physical security of the premise.
  • Support the development of safety and security policies, standard operating procedures in accordance with Group's guidelines.
