Property Technician (Immediate Vacancy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical / Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
• Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
• Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company.
• Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical/Air-Con/Electrical/Electronics/Building/Facility Management or facilities maintenance.
