Property Operations Manager (Shopping Malls)

Our client is Singapore's leading player in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to expand their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

1. Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
2. Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
3. Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
4. Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
3. Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
