Job description

Job Description

  1. Supports the day-to-day operations of the condominium.
  2. Assists the Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are in accordance with standard operating procedures/handbook.
  3. Handles inquiries, feedback, and correspondences.
  4. Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the property.
  5. Ensures designated contract works/routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract agreements.
  6. Assists with reviewing service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommends renewal or calls for quotation/tender.
  7. Executes tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws.
  8. Coordinates vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings.
  9. Assists in the preparation of circulars/notices for the designated property’s notice board(s).
  10. Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/Management.

Requirements

  1. Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturday upon confirmation).
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
  5. Good administrative and computer literacy.
