- Supports the day-to-day operations of the condominium.
- Assists the Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are in accordance with standard operating procedures/handbook.
- Handles inquiries, feedback, and correspondences.
- Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the property.
- Ensures designated contract works/routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract agreements.
- Assists with reviewing service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommends renewal or calls for quotation/tender.
- Executes tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws.
- Coordinates vendor meetings, council meetings, and general meetings.
- Assists in the preparation of circulars/notices for the designated property’s notice board(s).
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/Management.
Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturday upon confirmation).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Good administrative and computer literacy.
