Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of property officers in the management of public housing estates.
2. Manage the team in achieving key performance indicators as required in property management and compliance to relevant government regulations.
3. Work closely with the various grassroots organizations and government agencies on projects to enhance the living environment.
4. Plan and implement the Town Councils’ improvement programmes and exercise prudent budgetary control.
5. Engage the residents to source for their feedback on the service level of the Town Council.
6. Engage, manage residents’ feedback and carry out random call back service to residents when the feedback is resolved.
7. Discuss and follow up on maintenance issues with grassroots leaders.
8. Assist grassroots leaders to organize grassroots activities.
9. Attend MP’s house visits, grassroots and upgrading meetings after office hours.
10. Attend to urgent cases referred by grassroots leaders and EMSU.
11. Cross audit estate inspections, arrears visitations and special duties when assigned.
12. Be Secretary of assigned subcommittee and follow up on various projects and special duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Estate Management, Building or approved professional qualification.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in town management at the senior level.
