Property Executive (Central / Commercial)

Taking care of the daily operations

The site's daily operations will be at the heart of your role. As the person in charge, you'll help the site manager to provide high quality property management services and plan the site daily operational activities including managing third party vendors (e.g. cleaners, security guards, pest controllers, landscapers etc.) to carry out day to day activities. You need to constantly wear your proactive hat as you will be responsible for the site's upkeep and emergency/crisis management planning and execution.

Knowledgeable and Experienced

Do you have a strong grip of BMSMA related to commercial premises? We are a Two Tier MCST set up and knowledge of BMSMA will help in your understanding of the various demarcation and requirements set by the various MC and Sub MCs. Do let us know if you have any of these certifications: FSM, WSH, Green Mark, Water efficiency, WAH, Safety officer etc. This will definitely be a plus point for our consideration.

Profession and Efficient

An ideal candidate is well-versed in both oral and written communication. Must possess positivity, high integrity and a can-do attitude. Likewise, an excellent Property Executive effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process. Most importantly, an ideal candidate can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and has a solid know-how of the most recent technology. He/she must have good knowledge of the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. If you have all these qualities, then you are what we're looking for.
