The Role
Accountability for property/property-related investments and projects in the company
Work with management team for deal sourcing, acquisition or divestment opportunities to enhance the overall property portfolio
Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate and recommend property investments to management team
Conduct research on property market
Plan and execute marketing and property management strategies with in-house team, marketing agents and managing agents
Provide property management proposal and costings to support new leasing business proposal as and when applicable
Assist in managing property investment and development projects
Manage tenancy and lease arrangements - including managing new leases, monitoring and managing lease/tenancy renewals, rental arrears
Ensure proper up-keep of all lease properties and compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practice
Grow and maintain relationships with partners, existing and potential tenants
Any other assignments which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Ideally a relevant professional qualification to degree level
Min 5 years of relevant real estate experience, preferably in commercial space
Highly independent and adaptable
Good communication skills in both written and verbal and networking skills
Initiative to identify potential opportunity, problem or obstacle, and taking quick action to take advantage of the possibilities
Someone who is patient and open to feedback
