Position: Property and Asset Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic Property and Asset Management team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry and develop valuable skills in property operations, reports analysis, event management, and client relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day property management operations
2. Help prepare and analyze fault reports and compilation of monthly management reports
3. Support the team in conducting property inspections and maintenance oversight
4. Aid in the preparation of tenant correspondence
5. Contribute to market research and competitive analysis projects
6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of property databases and records
7. Support the team in client communications and reporting
8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
9. Collaborate with various departments including accounting, leasing, and facilities management

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in commercial real estate and property management
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
7. Willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks
