Job Description

We are seeking a Property Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to our property analysis and content creation efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into property market research, land analysis, and the application of Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive studies on property markets, focusing on trends, pricing, and development opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest URA guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance in analyses.

• Land Analysis and Modeling:

  • Evaluate land parcels to determine their potential for development.
