Tasks & Responsibilities

• In-charge of projects and initiatives for process and operations improvement of various departments
• Aim for improvements in quality and change processes while partnering with respective stakeholders
• Work with customer satisfaction team on identifying needs and areas for improvement
• Build business improvement strategies, propose and integrate recommendations

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• 3 Years of experience in Business Improvement / Development
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
