Project Team Lead (Infra Solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team budget, including periodic closing, annual budgeting, and forecasting.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources.
• Review and process each proposal internally before presenting it to customers.
• Provide management and support for PMO checks as needed.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and operational handover between the project and operations teams when required.
• Coordinate with business partners and vendors as necessary.
• Maintain customer relationships when required.
• Lead and guide team members in estimating project costs.
• Escalate and report major project issues to management.
• Provide daily updates to the manager regarding budget, resources, and project schedules.
• Conduct daily team management activities and meetings as a mandatory responsibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 5 years of team leading, team budget, team schedule & team resource management experience.
• ITIL certified.
• Experienced in OnPrem/Cloud/Network/Server for project cost estimation purposes.
• (Good to have) Familiar with cloud services-related software and hardware technology and products.
• (Good to have) Familiar with security services-related software and hardware technology and products.
• (Good to have) Experience in handling projects related to the software-defined data center or cloud service infrastructure.
• Flexibility to travel overseas for project assignments if required.
