Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Overall project support, follow up on progress and support on deadlines, risks, problem solving, challenge new requests and future demand, center of daily business, status reporting.
  • Coordinator: Ability to traffic creative work – from brief of concept through to artwork & delivery. Ensuring projects are run on time and to budget, chasing creatives, vendors, generating timing plans and cost estimates.
  • Collaborator: Success in the project management team all comes down to effective project team management through individuals.

Together with the Partner & Project Management team in Our LEGO Agency Asia (Singapore), the role of Project Support Intern provides support to the PPM team as part of the major interface of the LEGO Agency Shanghai into the BU marketing partners.

The PPM organization is responsible for working very closely with the market BU marketing teams, translating their marketing requirements/calendar into an annual project calendar for TLA, and ensuring that sufficient capacity for the markets is available either through LEGO resourcing or the external partner network. In collaboration across the full PPM team across TLA Asia and the global PM network, to help identify and contribute to global teams to drive further efficiencies and establish a consistent way of working in the Singapore office.

In collaboration with the planner and creative team, help translate marketing business objectives into campaign needs and operational plan for the APAC hub, delivering high quality work to our consumers and shoppers.

The role will require strong interpersonal & organization skills, plus inquisitive mindset to learn and contribute collaboratively to the team.

  • Agency and/or marketing background an advantage.
  • Digital and content management experience an advantage.
