Statement Of Purpose
To be ISO-Team representative as a Project Supervisor to manage and supervise the project at site.

1. Supervise and manage project (R&R / A&A) works.
2. Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
3. Be a lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the Clients for the projects that you are in-charge of.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and meet Client’s satisfaction.
5. Plan all activities to ensure that it is adequate for Clients, products and system conformance.
6. Engage and oversee all project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.
7. Prepare and submit necessary report(s) as required by Clients.
8. Maintain all the documentation for the projects.
9. Work with other departments as well as supervise the project works.
10. Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazards at the workplace.

1. Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
2. Diploma or Nitec in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
3. Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
4. Knowledge & Skills:
5. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
6. PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project).
7. Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
8. A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
9. Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
10. Experience:
11. Preferably 2 years working experience in Building Construction Industry.
