Project Supervisor

Arimokko.com specializes in high-quality custom melamine cabinets, offering end-to-end services from design and fabrication to professional installation. We're looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your Role:

• Oversee custom cabinet projects from start to finish—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Supervise fabrication and installation teams, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting issues.
• Work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify measurements, materials, and workmanship.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce company policies on job sites.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in cabinetmaking, millwork, or woodworking supervision (custom cabinetry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of melamine, MDF, and laminate panel wood fabrication processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and project specs.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
