Job Responsibilities:
1) Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2) Identify areas for improvement within HR functions and work to streamline processes.
3) Implement changes in HR processes or systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
4) Analyze employee feedback and assist in creating action plans based on survey results.
5) Assist in updating or creating HR policies and procedures.
6) Provide training or information sessions on new HR initiatives or policies.
7) Prepare reports and presentations to showcase project progress and results.
8) Assist the Management in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Competency Requirements:
1) Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
3) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
4) In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
5) Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and work relations in Singapore.
