Job Title: Project Site Administrator / Document Controller

Responsibilities:
Provide professional administrative support on project site.
Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
Provide administration support to project team and handle project public relation issues. Serve as the primary contact point for information flow between Head Office and site.
Maintain relationships and communicate project activities to project site neighborhood, and attend to and resolve complaints from external parties.
Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of project documents (correspondences), and handling all incoming telephone calls.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements:
NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level.
Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in a construction environment.
Skills required: computer skills, understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Multi-tasking ability and capacity to handle stress.
