Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 - 10 years of related industry experience in project sales with a strong track record (able to bring in 5 - 10 million sales per year)
Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing

Job Scope:
Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for new jobs or projects and work together with project engineer and manager for the quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and liaise with the client on detailed engineering requirements.
Prepare quotations, budget plans, and submissions to obtain approval from project engineer or manager.
Prepare method statements, lifting plans, and work schedules to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessments.
Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations, and pipe support installation in accordance with schedules, procedures, specifications, priorities, and availability of construction drawings.
Handle all technical queries and investigate all work-related problems, including drawing field sketches when necessary.
Review project specifications, ISO drawings, and P&ID.
Counter-check ISO drawings, P&ID, and GA drawings for correct location, orientation, alignment, and plumpness.
Carry out final P&ID checks of installed piping systems in the module and prepare “AS BUILT” drawings.
Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, and fulfilling commissioning and pre-commissioning requirements for the project.
Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to signing off the test packages before completion of piping/mechanical.
Ensure all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded, and there is no prolongation of the project.
Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issues, unsafe elements, and unhealthy conditions at the site.
Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.
