The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales of our Premium Range of Kitchen Appliances in Singapore and our overseas markets.
Job Description
Responsible for Project Sales Activities in Singapore and Asia by approaching Developers, Importers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors to secure sales specifically in the real estate and housing segment.
Develop Business Strategies and Pipelines to achieve Sales Targets.
Expand customer base by developing and pursuing new clients and establishing new partnerships.
Manage the sales process from end to end (submission of quotation, site meetings, payments, training, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
Strong professional network in the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
Good communicator, personable, and able to work independently.
Experienced in business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Willingness to travel for work (at least once a month).
